B'More Healthy…Go Green!

The B’ More Healthy Expo will showcase medical technology and breakthrough treatments….and will offer plenty of activities for families to experience fun and fitness health and wellness. Health screenings, healthy cooking demonstrations, dance performances, sport coaching with professional Baltimore teams, main stage entertainment with local celebrities, Fun and Fit Kids Zone, and performances by the University of Maryland Gymkana gymnastic team.

Entertainment, education, and empowerment...all promoting health, wellness and fitness!

Whatever your field, The B'More Healthy Expo offers an opportunity to meet one on-one with thousands of Maryland residents…people who want and need the information and services you have.

How: The B’More Healthy Expo features: Active Aging, Healthy Kids, Health Screenings, Women’s and Men’s Health, Healthy Eating , Safety Zone, Sports, Leisure and Travel. There’ll be three stages offering for speakers, exercise/fitness and cooking demos. All areas will refer to lifestyles; health, wellness, and fitness exhibits; prevention and preventive programs …all with the goal of encouraging attendees to “Go Green and Be More Healthy!”.

Getting the Word Out: We'll promote the Expo with a twelve-week television advertising campaign on our three Baltimore TV stations: FOX45 which targets adults 25-54, The CW which targets adults 18-34 and This-TV, our MGM movie channel which targets older viewers.

In addition, our FOX45 news department will do feature reports and live interviews in the weeks leading up to the Expo…and they'll be on hand the day of the event. And our radio partner, WPOC, will join forces promoting The B’More Healthy Expo as Maryland’s most healthy event!

The 3rd Annual B’More Healthy Expo promises expanded opportunities to promote health and wellness services in the Baltimore community, providing consumers health information and resources on-site, on-air and online. The B’More Healthy Expo will be the “must-go, must-see, must-be there” health and wellness event in Maryland!
